Abstract *

The abstract cannot exceed a three-page, double spaced limit. If you are submitting more than one abstract, you MUST submit a separate submission for each abstract. In the case of multiple submissions, please be sure to list the "Secondary Author" to ensure the peer review panel can permit an alternate to present the material. In other words, one person should NOT be representing multiple projects. We require a one-to-one ratio on posters or oral presentations. Upload your abstract in MS Word (.doc), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) or Text (.txt) format. File size is restricted to 50,000 bytes.

Submission Deadline

All submissions must be submitted through the on-line submission form on or before: Friday, January 8, 2010 at 5:00 Eastern Standard Time.

Only submissions that meet this deadline and the criteria described in this announcement will be considered. Incomplete submissions will not be considered. The NIJ and the FBI reserve the right to peer-review and select abstracts based on their applicability to the field, originality, clarity of purpose, and how well they complement other presentations and expand on topics directly relevant to the field of trace evidence.

If you do not receive a confirmation of submission of your abstract, please contact Jocelyn Williams at jmaconsulting2@gmail.com.

Thank you for your submission. Notifications for accepted abstracts will be delivered no later than March 12, 2010.
