Communicating With the Prosecutor

Summary

Communication must begin with the investigation and continue throughout the pre-trial and trial phases. Whether this is accomplished through a screening or review process, a series of roundtable discussions or phone calls, the relationships and communication between the investigators, laboratory staff and prosecutor will lead to a successful prosecution.
